Katharina Wallaberger, who was born and raised in Upper Austria, has perceived the guitar as her faithful companion since her earliest childhood. Her studies led her to Linz and Vienna, while master classes and concerts led her through Austria and countries abroad.

Passing on and sharing music is of great importance to the guitarist. She holds a teaching position at »Musikschule der Stadt Wien« and also devotes herself extensively to the teaching of music beyond the guitar, e.g. at the »Arnold Schönberg Center Wien«.
